We are shipping Worldwide

We are trying to make our independent publication accessible to the world and therefore offer worldwide shipping. Even though we have to fight against Shipping restrictions in certain countries, we give it a try anyway.

IS MY DELIVERY TRACKED?

WE ARE SENDING OUT OUR MAGAZINES, BOOK AND ZINES with the german post item delivery which is a low cost delivery format and which is untracked. if you reach more than 1kg of Weight for your delivery your items are sent out with DHL in a tracked shipment. we decided to do so to keep shipping costs and prices low on our shop and to make the publication accessible to people that cannot spent a lot of money on delivery costs. if you like your item tracked nevertheless, please contact us on info@thesmartview.de before placing your order.

A risk

that’s why we also play with the risk that an item might not reach its destination. please submit a Claim to info@thesmartview.de if your item got lost in transit. we will evaluate your case and might reship a new copy to you. But in general we refrain taking over responsibility of items lost in transit or stuck at customs as this is really out of our control. We are a small business and cannot afford spending more money than you paid us on delivering the item to you. We ask for your understanding in this case.
